- Batteries are rechargeable, further reducing this cost
- Electric scooters are more environmentally responsible
- Scooter can be enjoyed either indoors or outdoors

- Significantly less noise pollution
The Case for Gas:
- Lower up-front costs for gas models
- Gas offers longer trips before recharging/refueling
- Gas stations are practically everywhere, while battery recharging is less universally available
- Takes longer to recharge an electric than a typical trip to the gas station
- Travel faster when compared to similarly sized electric alternatives
- Still more eco-friendly than cars and motorcycles
